Characteristic: The site plan is pre-marked and does not include walls, carpets, or electrical wiring. Businesses have full rights to construct according to their own designs approved by the Organizing Committee.
Vacant outdoor land – $250/m²
Minimum area: 100 m²
Characteristic: The outdoor space has no design restrictions. It is suitable for displaying large equipment or constructing independent booths.
Corner/Open Sides Allocation Surcharge
The calculation is based on the number of open sides (corners) of the booth, depending on the actual location:
- 2 open sides (1 corner): 100 USD
- 3 open sides (2 corners): 200 USD
- 4 open sides (Island Booth): $300
Fixed registration fee
This is a mandatory fee charged to each business to cover organizational and promotional expenses:
- Booths ranging from 12 m² to 24 m²: $200 per company.
- Booths ranging from 25 m² to 48 m²: $300 per company.
- Booths of 48 m² or larger: $400 per company.
Procedures and guidelines for registering a booth at the Vietnam International Vietnam Defence Expo 2026

The breakdown sheet must include information on materials, electrical usage, and the precise dimensions of each component.
The design must comply with the Organizing Committee’s strict technical regulations: the maximum height of the booth is 5.5 m, the height of the back wall must not exceed 3 m, and the back surface must be finished flat and smooth with white paint; no logos or graphics are allowed. Any design not approved by the Organizing Committee will not be allowed to be constructed, without exception.
Step 5: Register for access card, security procedures & insurance
The Organizing Committee will issue free access passes to personnel based on booth area. Please submit a complete list of personnel to the Organizing Committee by the deadline. If using a contractor, they will be issued a construction permit after the drawings are approved and must submit a refundable deposit along with an administrative fee.
Businesses must purchase “All Risks” insurance for exhibited goods (from origin to booth and back) and civil liability insurance. This is a mandatory requirement to protect goods and reduce risks during the exhibition.
