Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival on Vietnam television was directly worked by the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province with Vietnam Television on October 20, 2022 on the implementation of propaganda for the festival program.
Discussion of the plan to the propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023
At the discussion, Dak Lak Province People’s Committee reported on the plan to the Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023 in detail. As planned, the festival program will take place within 5 days, from March 10, 2023, to the end of March 14, 2023. There will be 5 main activities, namely the Opening Ceremony, Exhibition and Workshop, Promotion and Honoring activities, Travel Journey, and Closing Ceremony of the Festival.
In which the opening program will be opened with the theme: “Buon Ma Thuot – Destination of World Coffee” and will take place at 20:00 pm on March 10 and the closing program will take place at 20:00 pm on March 14, 2023, on March 10 Square, Buon Ma Thuot City.

In order to operate Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023 smoothly and achieve the set goals, the Provincial People’s Committee proposed that there should be coordination between the central agencies and provincial departments in Central Highlands in directing, organizing, and Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival on Vietnam television. Based on the proposed basis, the national-scale festival activities were agreed upon by the Government to organize, the Provincial People’s Committee requested Vietnam Television facilitate the live broadcast of the opening ceremony on VTV1, VTV4, VTV5, VTV8, and the Closing Ceremony was broadcast live on VTV4, VTV5, VTV8.
Decision on the Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival
After hearing the plan and proposal of the Provincial People’s Committee on the propaganda of the Buon Ma Thuot coffee festival on Vietnam television. The General Director of Vietnam Television has realized that this is an important event of the province in 2023, so in the coming time, Vietnam Television will conduct directing departments to closely coordinate with Dak Lak Province People’s Committee in promoting propaganda and widely promoting the festival on information channels.
In a live meeting between the Provincial People’s Committee and Vietnam Television, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang – a Member of the Party Central Committee, and the General Director of Vietnam Television agreed with the proposal for the propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in Dak Lak province. Regarding the live broadcast of the festival opening program on VTV1, and VTV5, the closing program of the festival will be broadcast live on VTV5, VTV8 and the DRT channel of Dak Lak Radio and Television Station. In addition, to facilitate the propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival on Vietnam television to be closer to everyone, kindly request relevant departments, especially the News Department, to strengthen coordination to publish many articles, the most relevant news about Dak Lak.
Propaganda of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023 is a national event, organized to widely promote Buon Ma Thuot coffee as well as affirm the position of Vietnam coffee in the world coffee market. Therefore, there are many activities related to Buon Ma Thuot coffee such as the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Fair, a video and clip contest introducing coffee, handicrafts from coffee and many other exchange activities. Besides, there are pictures of beautiful exhibition booth construction units that impress the viewers. The festival is also an opportunity to honor coffee growers, processors and traders, introduce the province’s potential and increase trade promotion opportunities, and attract domestic and foreign tourists to Dak Lak.
